What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you accept cash or iBanking transfers?
Our apologies as we are only able to accept orders via the payment methods on our website. 

Do you accept walk-ins?
Due to the limitations in the current COVID-19 situation, we are very sorry to be unable to offer walk-in purchases. Please support our online store.

When will I receive my order?
We will ship your item out as soon as possible. As our order volume may be high, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your orders. After we ship your order out, it will reach you within the next 1-2 business days.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
No modification or cancellation can be made after you have placed your order.

How do I track my order?
We will send your order out via Qxpress. You will receive an email with a tracking number after we send your order out, which you can use to track your order on the Qxpress website.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of S$5.00.

How do I return an item?
Please note that we do not accept any returns unless the item is defective.

An item from my delivery is missing. What do I do?
Please email us at shop@wp.sg with your order number. We will reply you within 24-48 hours. 

My item is defective. How do I return it?
Please email us at shop@wp.sg with your order number and a photo of the item within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will reply you within 24-48 hours.

Do you accept overseas orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any orders from overseas.
